The Epic Crew is a network of skilled filmmakers and photographers, and your wedding will be filmed by a combination of them personally selected by Josh to embody the unique vibe of your wedding. Every team member shares a passion for high-quality storytelling and cinematic excellence, ensuring your wedding day is captured flawlessly and without stress.
Together we dream about how incredible your wedding film can be. We get to know you a bit, hear any awesome visions you have for your wedding and make some suggestions for what we can do. We also talk about pricing openly and candidly.
You sign a contract and make an initial payment of 20%. We send over a short questionnaire and connect with all your other vendors so you never have to relay messages between us. We make creative suggestions for you to consider.
You pick something that makes you feel alive. Maybe you and your fiance love hiking, maybe it's board games, maybe it's cosplay, maybe it's something else super unique to you. Whatever it is, we come along for a few hours with a camera and some microphones to capture your love story. We will weave this artfully into your wedding film, creating an heirloom you'll pass on for generations.
An entire day of firsts! We will be with you all day - no time limits, no added stress. You get to be fully present at your wedding. We capture everything - even the parts you miss - so you can relive it all as if you were there again.

There are not enough words to express how much we ADORE Josh and his team!! Before hiring Josh, we were fully on the fence about whether or not we wanted to hire a videographer for our wedding. We expressed every concern we had to him, including a fear of feeling like it was a lot of money for something we weren't even sure we needed and concerns around getting taken advantage of. The video immediately puts me right back into every wonderful emotion I experienced during our wedding and I am SO thankful we decided to work with Josh. The video of our day in someone else's hands just wouldn't have been the same. From our very first call with Josh, we had so much fun working with him! We loved the creativity we saw in the video samples and how professional yet down to Earth and kind he was to work with. My husband and I had a pretty busy weekend of celebrations, with a sangeet on Friday night, Sikh wedding ceremony on Saturday morning, and a reception Saturday night, all in different locations. In preparation, Josh even met us at the Sikh gurdwara a couple months in advance with our families to become familiar with the ceremony and it’s most significant moments. Josh, his wife, and his assistant were ready and available every step of the way when the big weekend came, even capturing a surprise choreographed dance by my husband’s family and an additional speech the night of the sangeet. The drone footage was so fun to record at the time and was a cool addition to our final video (which was done beautifully and we’ve already received so many compliments from friends and family on how well it was made!). Highly recommend them and if you have unique visions for your video, share them with him, you’ll have the most perfect video to remember the weekend with!Amazing amazing!!! We're based in baltimore, so 100+ miles or further away we will need to add in travel expenses, such as flights or gas, meals, and lodging. We send our travel invoice the day we get home from your wedding and you have 30 days to pay it. We only ever bill our exact costs, and we can show you the receipts upon request.
